This can include instances of litter, illegal dumping, overgrown grass, weeds and prohibited plants on private properties.
Wexford Heights Community Clean-Up
Keeping Wexford Heights clean and welcoming is a community effort. Through our annual Community Clean-Up, the Wexford Heights BIA brings together residents, students, local organizations and community partners to help care for our neighbourhood.
From 2025 to 2026, our clean-up initiative has continued to grow, creating opportunities for volunteers to give back while helping maintain a cleaner and more welcoming Lawrence Avenue East.

Building on the success of the previous year, the Wexford Heights BIA, in partnership with Scarborough Zero Waste, brought the community together once again for the 2026 neighbourhood clean-up.
Residents, students, and volunteers worked together to collect litter, care for shared spaces, and help keep Wexford Heights clean, welcoming, and vibrant.
In 2025, the Wexford Heights BIA, in partnership with Toronto Police, brought together local residents, students, volunteers, and community members for a neighbourhood clean-up along Lawrence Avenue East.
Together, participants helped remove litter, care for shared spaces, and contribute to a cleaner and more welcoming Wexford Heights community.
